    The New England Baptist Hospital is seeking a passionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in orthopedic and complex spine care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy in a setting that emphasizes quality over quantity, with 1-hour initial evaluations and 45-minute follow-up sessions, all conducted one-on-one.

    Job Description:

    + Conduct thorough **1-hour initial evaluations** to develop comprehensive, patient-specific treatment plans.

    + Provide **45-minute follow-up sessions** , ensuring continuity and progression of care.

    + Treat a diverse caseload with an emphasis on **complex spine** and general **orthopedic** conditions.

    + Utilize current **evidence-based practices** and clinical reasoning to guide treatment.

    + Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehabilitation team members to deliver cohesive care.

    + Educate patients on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and prevention techniques.

    + Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner, consistent with clinic and regulatory standards.

    + Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    + **Physical Therapy** degree from an accredited program.

    + **Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license** or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.

    + Demonstrates experience or strong interest in **orthopedic and spine rehabilitation** .

    + Excellent manual therapy skills and comfort with complex clinical presentations.

    + Commitment to **patient-centered care** and professional growth.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
