    What You’ll Do

     

    + Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in a home setting

    + Follow and help update the client’s plan of care

    + Monitor and document client conditions via electronic charting

    + Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team

    + Educate and support families and caregivers

    + Participate in nurse meetings, training, and quality initiatives

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    + Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri

    + Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills

    + Excellent communication and documentation abilities

    + A heart for serving and a positive, professional attitude
