    Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Lead – HCM Architect to drive the technical architecture, integration strategy, and solution governance for the Solstice HCM program. This role will serve as the technical anchor for Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring architectural alignment, data integrity, and compliance across the entire HRIS environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect with deep experience in HCM platforms, particularly Oracle, and a strong track record of leading complex integrations and environment strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

+ Architectural Leadership: Serve as the technical authority for all HCM-related architecture decisions across Solstice programs. Lead the design and validation of integration strategies, clone options, and data migration plans.

+ Integration Oversight: Oversee 45+ integrations and 50+ functional specifications already in progress. Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle HCM and external systems, with a focus on GDPR compliance and performance.

+ Environment & Tenant Strategy: Finalize and manage environment clone strategies, tenant configurations, and technical upgrade paths. Coordinate with Capgemini and internal teams to ensure readiness for soft go-live and beyond.

+ Knowledge Transfer & Continuity: Act as the technical “catcher” to absorb knowledge from Honeywell SMEs and ensure continuity during the transition. Prevent architectural misalignment and mitigate risks tied to integration delays.

+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business SMEs, HR IT, Capgemini, and Oracle to align technical solutions with business goals. Serve as the escalation point for design reviews and technical decisions.

+ Governance & Documentation: Support the development of a single source of truth for reporting and integration consistency. Ensure documentation keeps pace with build activities and aligns with Honeywell’s IT governance standards.

    Required Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of experience in IT architecture with a focus on HCM systems.

+ Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and large-scale HR system integrations.

+ Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), security, and compliance.

+ Experience working with global implementation partners (e.g., Capgemini).

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience with HCM systems or similar enterprise environments.

+ Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Opkey, and Smartsheet.

+ Experience managing environment cloning, tenant strategy, and post-go-live hypercare.
