About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst II to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in forecasting, statistical modeling, and business analytics, particularly within supply chain or S&OP/IBP environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting global business review processes through insightful reporting and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain monthly reports and dashboards for global teams and leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Analyze large datasets to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and monthly business review processes.
+ Create and monitor forecast accuracy reports on a monthly basis.
+ Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable insights.
+ Utilize tools such as Power BI, SAP, Tableau, and BW to visualize and communicate data trends effectively.
Required Qualifications
+ Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BW.
+ Solid understanding of business analytics and reporting processes.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Background in mathematics, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP processes.
+ Experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment.
+ Familiarity with enterprise data systems and reporting automation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/hr.
