• Now Hiring: Sr. Retention Programs Specialist (Remote – EST/CST Preferred)

• About the Role

As a Sr. Retention Programs Specialist, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of customer retention programs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact.

• Key Responsibilities

+ Program Strategy & Planning: Design and execute data-driven strategies for subscription and loyalty programs. Conduct financial forecasting and manage budgets.

+ Marketing Integration: Partner with brand marketing teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns and promotional calendars.

+ Program Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of retention tools and platforms. Troubleshoot customer issues and optimize program workflows.

+ Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage external vendors and ensure tools are used effectively and efficiently.

+ Performance Reporting: Analyze KPIs, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure program alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.

• What You Bring

+ 5+ years in program management, marketing, or customer retention roles.

+ Experience with tools like Recharge, Subscribe Pro, Yotpo, or OrderGroove.

+ Strong analytical skills and comfort with forecasting and financial modeling.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer experience.

• LocationRemote (Preference for Eastern or Central time zones for collaboration ease)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.97 - $44.95/hr.
