About the Role
One of our top clients is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Associate to join our dynamic Billing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative finance environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for over 4,000 clients.
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate and validate manual invoices for ~300 clients monthly.
+ Verify subscriber-level census data and process invoices for ~700 clients.
+ Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies via internal ticketing systems.
+ Maintain accurate client account records and update billing instructions.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, and Technology teams.
+ Process revisions, credit memos, and billing adjustments.
+ Upload invoices to Third Party Administrator (TPA) portals.
+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ 4+ years of experience in billing or invoicing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
+ Experience with enterprise accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks).
+ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
+ Experience with NetSuite and TPA platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Paymode-X).
+ Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.
+ Exposure to data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
+ Experience in lean, fast-paced billing environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/hr.
