    Description

    Assist the Controller in managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including supervising, developing, and training staff Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Prepare and review complex accounting transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Research accounting issues and ensure compliance with appropriate reporting standards Lead and coordinate external and internal audits Support the Controller in managing supplier contracts and operational compliance functions Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting Maintain financial records and system processes Identify solutions to discrepancies in financial records and implement internal controls Perform cost accounting tasks, including analyzing production costs, preparing cost reports, and monitoring cost variances. Utilize SAP ERP systems for financial reporting, data analysis, and process optimization
