Job Title: Order Entry SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and ensuring smooth order processing through effective communication and data entry.

Responsibilities

+ Answer 4-5 inbound calls daily and make follow-up calls as necessary.

+ Handle 50-100 email transactions daily, responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.

+ Review past orders and customer profiles in the internal database.

+ Understand customer needs and enter product details into the internal system.

+ Import CAD files and pull necessary materials for orders.

+ Verify product details, pricing, and order dates with customers and in the system.

+ Confirm order details with the production team and address any challenges they face.

+ Perform various data entry and administrative tasks involved in order processing.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry and customer service.

+ Experience in order entry and processing.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to manage queues and service orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of customer service experience.

+ 6+ months of office experience.

+ High School Diploma.

+ Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

+ Strong initiative and a fast learner.

Work Environment

Join a small, family-owned company where you will work in an office environment adjacent to a fairly clean production floor. You will need to be comfortable walking onto the production floor occasionally. The role is in-office, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
