    ***** **MIG WELDER-$19-$25/Hour--Start ASAP--Weekly Pay** *****

    Description:

    A company that manufactures a diverse line of products in Lincoln, NE has an immediate opening for a MIG/TIG welder. A typical day consists ofutilizing blue prints and instructions toMIG and/or TIG weld a diverse line of products. Ideal candidates most possess at least 2 years of production welding experience. Candidates with an AAS in Welding Technology do not need 2 years of production experience.1st and 2nd

     

    shifts are available.

    Pay** **:

    + $19-$25/hour

    + $1 dollar shift differential for 2nd shift

    + **Hours** **:**

    + 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm

    + 2nd Shift: Monday thru Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am

    Responsibilities:

    + Reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to verify quality production.

    + Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.

    + Operate angle grinders to prepare/finish the welded parts.

    + Align components using fixtures, calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.

    + Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal)

    + Set up/operate Robotic Welding cells.

    + Experience using MIG and/or TIG equipment.

    + Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

    Qualifications** **:

    + 2 years of experience MIG and/or TIG equipment in production setting

    + AAS in Welding Technology if you have no professional welding experience

    + 1+ year experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
