Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

Join our team as a Carpenter, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including retail stores, multi-family condominiums, apartments, and residential remodeling. All projects are conducted in vacant buildings, allowing for a focused and uninterrupted workflow.

Responsibilities

+ Perform roughing and finishing carpentry tasks on a range of projects including retail stores and residential buildings.

+ Frame structures with precision and attention to detail.

+ Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure project completion within deadlines.

+ Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in roughing and finishing carpentry techniques.

+ Experience in framing structures.

+ Dependability and punctuality in work schedule.

+ 3-5 years of steady work experience in carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to work productively and efficiently in a team environment.

+ Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety.

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaboration with large General Contracting companies on residential remodeling, commercial, and multi-family projects. Employees are expected to adhere to industry safety standards and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of their work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
