As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll be responsible for the full mechanical and electrical assembly of custom units—from the ground up.

    What You’ll Do

    + 🔧 Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.

    + 📘 Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to build and troubleshoot systems.

    + ⚙️ Build control panels (including PLCs and drives—no programming required).

    + 🛠 Install motors, conveyors, and panel boards.

    + 🔍 Troubleshoot and repair components as needed.

    + 📦 Support facility operations including packaging and warehouse tasks.

    What You Bring

    + ✅ 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.

    + ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + ✅ Familiarity with computer systems beyond Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, data entry tools).

    + ✅ Experience with panel building, automation, and PC hardware.

    + ✅ Knowledge of electrical systems, gears, drives, and pneumatics.

    + ✅ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

    Location & Schedule

    + 📍Location:Off Eastport Boulevard, Richmond, VA

    + 🕗Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch, flexible start times)

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
