    • Job Overview

     

    We are seeking skilled and dedicated **Machine Maintenance Technicians** to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on advanced robotic manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise in **electrical (480V preferred)** , **mechanical** , or **fluid power systems** (hydraulics). Technicians will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting factory automation initiatives.

     

    • Core Responsibilities

    + Conduct scheduled **preventive maintenance (PM)** and perform **repairs** on robotic and automated machinery

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues across **electrical** , **mechanical** , **hydraulic** , and **pneumatic systems**

    + Work with and interpret **PLC programs** including **Allen Bradley** , **Siemens** , and **ladder logic** for system diagnostics and adjustments

    + Safely handle and maintain high-voltage systems up to **480V** , including **3-phase circuits**

    + Inspect, maintain, and replace components such as **pulleys** , **gears** , **belts** , **motors** , and **conveyors**

    + Support facility automation efforts with hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement

    • Required Qualifications

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing **electrical systems (especially 480V)**

    + Solid mechanical knowledge including working with **belts, gears, pulleys** , and drive systems

    + Demonstrated experience with **PLC programming and ladder logic**

    + Hands-on understanding of **hydraulics and pneumatics**

    + Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve machine faults effectively

    + Willingness and reliability to work a **rotating schedule**

    + Basic understanding of **automation technologies** , including control systems

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
