Job Description

As a Line Technician, you will ensure the production line operates smoothly for every product during the run. Your role will involve adding and adjusting equipment for product runs, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will recommend machine corrections if issues are observed. You will assist and work on the line during production and receive cross-training.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure the production line runs smoothly for each product.

+ Add and adjust equipment as needed for product runs.

+ Stage products and clean/sanitize the production area after each run.

+ Recommend and implement corrections for machine issues.

+ Assist and work on the production line during runs.

+ Participate in cross-training for various line tasks.

Qualifications

+ At least 2 years of experience in machine operation position - setting up a machine

+ Experience using hand & power tools

+ Able to keep up in a fast paced environment

+ English required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
