Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.

+ Perform checks on all machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment in production to ensure safe and efficient operation.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

+ Work with 480V systems, PLCs, and three-phase motors effectively.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Experience in preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.

+ Familiarity with PLCs, automation, industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Knowledge of automated machinery.

+ Experience with injection molding machines.

+ Understanding of low and medium voltage systems.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cleaner environment of an injection molding shop that handles plastics. The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with a preference for night shifts, either 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm. Daylight shift candidates are welcome if qualified. Enjoy a $1.50 shift differential and work 190 days a year.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.

If scheduled for a holiday, they will get paid 1.5, if they aren't scheduled, they will still get paid.

Highmark BlueCross blueshield, different packages from basic to premium coverage. 401k available, up to 5%, and they will match 4%.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Greensburg,PA.
