Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment. The role requires meeting or exceeding established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair machines using PLC experience.
+ Apply strong troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve problems.
+ Work with control systems effectively.
+ Understand and operate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform welding, preferably Mig.
+ Interpret and use drawings for repair and installation.
+ Utilize shop equipment, including lathes, mills, drill press, and hydraulic press.
+ Install and support various equipment.
+ Conduct scheduled pre-maintenance tasks and rebuild equipment.
+ Comply with company safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and lift operations.
+ Maintain punctuality and work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed.
+ Foster teamwork and communicate system issues to colleagues and management.
+ Demonstrate strong computer skills.
+ Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
+ Experience with robotics is advantageous.

+ Experience with industrial repair and preventive maintenance

+ Understanding of PLC control systems
+ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
+ Robotics experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
