    Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician $25-35 (Weekly Pay)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to service and install HVAC equipment in commercial settings. This role involves traveling to various sites, with the company providing a vehicle for your convenience.

    Responsibilities

    + Install and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with HVAC systems and building automation systems.

    + Efficiently repair HVAC system issues.

    + Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects.

    + Interact with clients and subcontractors daily.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience, with a preference for commercial experience.

    + Previous experience diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.

    + Proficiency with commercial rooftop units, boilers, chillers.

    + Experience with building automation systems (BAS).

    + Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping.

    + EPA Universal Certification.

    + Comfortable with client-facing activities and servicing client sites.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + EPA Universal Certification.

    + OSHA Certification.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring physical activity such as bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Comfort with ladders, semi-confined spaces, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly is necessary. Technicians will work on live client sites, either independently or as part of a team. A company vehicle will be provided for commuting.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
