    Job Title: 1st Shift General Production

    Job Description

    This role involves assisting the fabrication team, particularly in the laser department. Responsibilities include shaking out parts and packaging a variety of parts. The company is a steel supplier that offers many services to meet client needs and can advance the steel through various stages of the process.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the fabrication team in the laser department.

    + Shake out and package a variety of parts.

    + Perform general labor tasks including lifting, bending, and packaging parts up to 40 lbs.

    + Stand and work on feet for a 10-hour shift.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor skills.

    + Ability to perform general production tasks.

    + Capability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.

    + Experience in lifting, bending, and packaging tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work takes place on the shop floor in the fabrication area, assisting laser operators. The role requires being on your feet throughout the day in a clean environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
