    Job Title: CNC Operator

    Job Description

    As a CNC Operator, you will run CNC Machining Centers (Roders) using proven processes, carry out batch inspections, and prepare goods for shipment. You will work collaboratively with an engineer to develop and improve on-site processes and provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement to the UK office. Your functional responsibility will include maintaining, repairing, and producing new tools and die sets for the aerospace manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Support production and development, building, and maintenance of production tooling.

    + Work on tooling for new products.

    + Machine parts and verify conformance of machined parts to exact specifications.

    + Examine standard or previously used dies, tools, and jigs and fixtures, and recommend design modifications regarding construction and function.

    + Develop specifications for manufacturing small parts from general descriptions for specialty tooling.

    + Set up and run machines in production, assist in machine repairs, and train co-workers for proper use of new tooling.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Machine operator.

    + Experience in running, setting up, and programming CNC Machines.

    + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with AutoCAD and EDM machines is a plus but not required.

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.
