We are always looking for just the right fit! We want people who want to be Educators during a child's most formative years. The owner and administration team are on site supporting staff members from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.  We are accepting applications for applicants of all levels for our children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. We are primarily looking for a placement for our Toddler and Preschool classroom as we grow our enrollment for the school year!  We use a team teaching approach where everyone supports in: * Develops lesson plans  * Meets the individual's needs of the children, * Is involved in parent communication, * Participates in staff and training meetings, * Designs an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom, * Interacts with the children to support play, exploration, and learning. * Presents expectations appropriate to the child's age and developmental level. * Plans and implements activities that develop self-esteem and social skills. * Communicates appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff. * Builds teamwork. * Uses assessment tools. * Commits to continuing education. Teacher Qualifications: * AA or CDA with two years experience * OR B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience * OR A similar mix of education and experience Assistant Teacher Qualifications: * 12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field * Or B.S, in any field * Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years. * High school diploma or GED. * Minimum of 18 years of age. Aide Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED. * Minimum of 18 years of age. * Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred, not required.
