Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports VP Marketing and Public Relations by developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with the Bank’s strategic objectives. This creative and detail-oriented professional will assist in the conception, production, and implementation of both digital and traditional marketing materials across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building campaigns from the ground up. Experience with marketing analytics, social media advertising, and data-driven reporting is a strong plus.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate on the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences and business goals.
+ Support strategic initiatives aimed at brand awareness, product promotion, and community engagement.
+ Design and produce creative assets for digital, print, video, and web using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
+ Maintain consistency with brand standards while finding creative approaches to engage audiences.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate content and promotional materials.
+ Build, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms.
+ Coordinate website edits and enhancements through external vendor platforms.
+ Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, ensuring they are visually compelling and on brand.
+ Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific dashboards.
+ Compile, analyze, and interpret marketing data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
+ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for leadership review.
+ Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies supporting SEO/SEM, paid media, promotional materials, and printing services.
+ Ensure all marketing materials comply with internal brand standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.
+ Assist in the planning and promotion of internal and external events.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or financial environment.
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
+ Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and creativity.
+ Fluency in English.
