Key Accountabilities:
• Work with EVP & General Counsel (GC) to set functional priorities aligned to enterprise strategy, connecting the priorities across the company’s global matrix of Brands / Regions / Functions / Channels and how these translate to the GC’s organization.
• Partner with GC and her leadership team to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Work closely with initiative owners to determine optimal implementation plan and deploy across the functional areas under the purview of the GC.
• Work with GC to optimize resource structures and technology across the GC’s organization, as well as streamline and/or develop processes in order to strengthen the teams’ ability to support business growth and manage risk in a rapidly changing Global business environment.
• Serve as process owner of the leadership team meeting cadence, including agenda-setting, preparation, planning, steering towards decisions and driving follow up actions.
• Help identify and resolve barriers to effective decision making and execution at the leadership team level, ensuring the team functions as a high performing team. Act as a connector and integrator for the functions and deliver key communications and messaging across the leadership team.
• Foster strong collaboration and coordination with other Chiefs of Staff. Drive initiative prioritization and alignment across the matrix. Collectively uncover, prioritize and escalate issues and decisions as needed for EVP-level resolution.
• Work with GC to develop the budget for Global Legal, Privacy Office and Security and proactively manage the budget and headcount for the departments on an ongoing basis, in partnership with Finance and Human Resources.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a fast-moving business environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field
• Experience in strategy and/or finance highly preferred
• Experience in Legal department and/or program/project management experience with proven record of seamless execution of complex projects/initiatives
• Exposure to and ability to navigate exposure to C-Suite executives and their staff to advance department priorities
• Experience leading strategy or operations of a team, including executing change management and transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of ensuring accountability and results; ability to steer leaders and constituents towards decisions
• Top-notch business acumen, consultative skills, critical thinking, problem solving, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Able to move from strategy to tactical execution seamlessly, with a bias for action and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Intellectually curious and creative thinker comfortable challenging the “status quo,”
• Excellent relationship building, influencing, collaboration and communication skills with all levels of management and employees
• Even-keeled, even under pressure and tight timelines on deliverables
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to judge situations accurately and quickly, grasping complexities, identifying key issues and applying sound judgment
• Quantitative skills and experience creating compelling business presentations
• Strong storyteller and writer with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategies and with the skills to distill complex content into clear, concise and engaging communications
• Ability to be flexible, pro-active, work under tight deadlines, and ensure quality and accuracy
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ **154,000.00** to **$264,750.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
