**Work Hours:** M–F, 8am–5pm
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Description:
CTG is seeking a Process Improvement Data Analyst to support the Project/Program Management group in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making through the development of metrics, dashboards, and digital workflows. The Analyst will help enhance visibility into project performance, resource utilization, and process efficiency using tools such as Power BI, Planview, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Requirements:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and project metrics
• Support migration of project management data and workflows from SharePoint to Planview
• Assist in transitioning SharePoint 2016 content to a modern SharePoint environment
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Support Power Apps development for digitizing forms and mobile-friendly data entry
• Collaborate with process improvement teams to gather and translate requirements
• Maintain data quality through validation rules and regular audits
• Document processes, create training materials, and support onboarding
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for decision-making
• Stay current on best practices in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Planview, and SharePoint
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or project support
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration and workflow migration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Required Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data visualization with Power BI
• Understanding of project management principles and tools
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Planview configuration and reporting
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Exposure to ETL processes, data modeling, or cloud-based platforms
