**Job Title:** Customer Support Representative
**Location:** Coppell, TX
**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant
**Hours:** M–F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central (to support Pacific Time customers)
**Pay:** $17.25 - $22.91 / hr
Essential Functions:
+ Serve as the primary advisor for all custom digital and offset print production needs, including digital, lithographic, and web printing
+ Manage customer relationships and serve as the key point of contact for a dedicated client base
+ Advise document owners on production strategies to achieve cost-effective solutions
+ Promote Xerox Enterprise print services and identify opportunities for digital document solutions
+ Manage print jobs from quote through delivery, including:
+ Project pricing and coordination
+ Vendor/supplier communication
+ Proofing and delivery timeline follow-up
+ Documentation for audit compliance
+ Support system administration for client-implemented forms management solutions
Skills:
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to articulate and execute document strategy across multiple business levels
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC usage
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Strong negotiation, customer engagement, and multitasking skills
+ Experience managing print estimation tools (e.g., Print Gizmo) preferred
Experience:
+ Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience in a print-related role
+ Preferred 3+ years of experience in the print industry as a Customer Service Representative or Print Estimator
+ Experience with print production, job scheduling, price estimation, and document strategy
+ Direct Mail experience and print procurement knowledge a plus
+ Familiarity with working independently and managing multiple customer accounts
+ Valid driver’s license required
Education:
+ Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Preferred: Associate’s Degree
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
