Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Economics (or Finance), Engineering, Mathematics, or Policy (including environmental and sustainability-related areas). and 3 years of work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Three years experience in the utility/energy industry, or a strong demonstrated capability to understand strategic issues in the utility/energy industry. Required and

+ Experience leading teams, Junior Analyst or supervising projects. Required and

+ Data or financial modeling experience. Required and

+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Required and

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Required and

+ Ability to compile/analyze and synthesize data into presentations and reports. Required

+ Project management experience. Preferred

+ Work experience that includes Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Policy. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

Additional Physical Demands

+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

+ Must be able and willing to travel, as needed.
