**Pay Range:** $139,985 - $151,157. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
**Location:** Tampa, FL (Hybrid Role) OR Remote
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead coordination efforts with IT to ensure correct implementation of account structures and reliable data flows.
+ Assist with financial systems integration during a major transformation project expected to last 6–12 months.
+ Identify and mitigate risks to data integrity, timelines, and operational efficiency.
+ Assess current-state financial systems and identify capability gaps.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans for future-state system redesign or upgrades.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
+ Lead the automation of manual financial reporting processes to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency.
+ Deliver measurable efficiencies that may contribute to long-term cost savings.
+ Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of Essbase reporting through 2026 to support cost allocation, planning, and compliance.
+ Manage historical data and ensure integrity and usability across planning cycles.
+ Lead the transition of historical Essbase data into the data lake as part of long-term reporting modernization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
+ 7+ years of experience in financial systems management, reporting, or data integration.
+ Advanced Excel experience - macros, power queries, etc.
+ Strong understanding of SAP, SAC, Essbase, ERP systems, and data architecture concepts.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Finance and IT stakeholders.
+ Experience with reporting automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
