Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Hingham, MA to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

Start Date: September 1st

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

Requirements: Active BCBA License

Description: S eeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support at the district level, floating to other schools. BCBAs are responsible for creating an environment of trust with the families we serve, designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans specific to individual needs, supervising and mentoring Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), while ensuring high-quality ABA services are provided to clients.

Pay Rate: Up to $75/hour based on experience

Minimum Requirements:

+ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services

+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
