    Position: Physical Therapist

     

    Start Date: August 28, 2025

    Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6.5 paid hours per day

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $65/hour (based on experience)

    Job Description

    We are hiring 5 Physical Therapists to support students across Boston. Therapists will work closely with IEP teams to provide direct instruction and therapeutic services, helping students meet their IEP goals and objectives. Flexibility is key, as assignments may vary by site based on staffing needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide individual, small group, and/or large group instruction aligned with IEP goals

    + Design and implement therapeutic lesson plans

    + Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

    + Collaborate with teachers and related service providers

    + Monitor and report student progress to families and administrators

    Preferred Experience

    + Pediatric experience in school settings

    + Experience working with students with physical and developmental disabilities

    Required Credentials

    + Licensed Physical Therapist (Massachusetts)

    + Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field

    District Requirements

    + School CORI

    + Fingerprinting
