**Department/Team:** Fleet Operations

As a member of the Operations team, you will be working closely with our Operations Coordinators as well as the Customer Experience team to coordinate the disposal & sale of fleet vehicles nationwide in a fast paced, customer service-oriented work environment.
Job Responsibilities : Remarketing
+ **Manage the vehicle sale process nationwide coordinating with Drivers, Companies, Dealers, & Auctions**
+ Establish vehicle sale pricing using company established guidelines
+ Obtain & analyze off lease vehicle condition reports
+ Review vehicle condition reports and bill vehicle damage within company established guidelines
+ Validate required documents, dates and information have been provided and accurate
+ Monitor exceptions & ensure timely response from business partners & third-party vendors
+ Escalate aged items & drive resolution
+ **Sale Data Analytics**
+ Maintain sale benchmarking data
+ Identify market trends & auction performance
+ Assist in developing, monitoring & maintaining key metrics
+ **Team**
+ Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer support, business development & accounting
+ Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met
+ Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings
What You'll Bring
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Strong negotiation & analytical skills
+ Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work
+ Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility
+ Exceptional time management, effective planning & organizational skills
+ Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors
+ Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
What Motorlease Offers
+ Salary: $45,000-$50,000
