Chat Representative Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

+ Onsite Availability: Must be able to work from our office

+ Communication Skills: Excellent written and reading comprehension to communicate clearly in chat

+ Chat or Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is preferred, Customer service experience

+ Tech-Savvy & Multitasking: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and chat windows at once. Computer skills

+ Customer-First Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and genuine empathy for our customers
