Description

Senior Communication Specialist- Payor Contract and overall Support \*Hybrid\*. Candidates residing in Washington, Oregon or California are encouraged to apply.

The Senior Communication Specialist will support organization-wide programs and initiatives. The Senior Communication Specialist will play a key role in supporting organizational and division-based communication efforts. This role will work closely with leaders and fellow caregivers on the communication team to support communication programs and messaging across the continuum of the multi-state Providence organization.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

+ 5 years experience in communication, preferably in health care.

+ 5 years experience in developing communication programs and business relationships.

+ 5 years experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 5 years Communication experience in health care.

+ 5 years Experience in a faith-based health system/organization.

+ California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $44.26, Max: $68.71

+ California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $39.45, Max: $61.24

+ California: Bakersfield: Min: $37.84, Max: $58.75

+ Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $35.28, Max: $54.77

+ Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $37.84, Max: $58.75

+ Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $39.45, Max: $61.24

+ Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $37.84, Max: $58.75
