Responsibilities
+ Manages all Second Chance Event Fulfillment (winner communication via phone and/or email), travel arrangements, event contract management, etc.
+ Manages all Second Chance Winner Prize Fulfillment:
+ Includes managing winners lists, coordinating prize fulfillment with 3rd party vendor, or in certain situations handles fulfillment on his/her own
+ Maintains updated lists of winner fulfillment, undeliverable lists, damaged prize lists
+ Coordinates with travel to ensure that all necessary travel arrangements are made for winners within budget and communicates travel with players, keeping updated lists of all travel arrangements, costs, details
+ Player communication including prize notification, travel agent introductions, fulfillment documents sent and maintained (add details to winners list, ensure all forms filled out completely and accurately), answer any questions players have related to trip/prizes
+ Communicates directly with Lottery customers to keep them involved and aware of all fulfillment activity
+ Manage all steps and procedures for call center associates to follow while assisting any players/prize winners who call with issues regarding second chance promotions
+ Player support, handles any inbound emails and escalated NRC calls from players who have had issue with their prizes and resolves all issues
+ Maintains approved ticket art portfolios for licensed property brands
+ Assists in developing PowerPoint presentations for sales teams
+ Assists team in managing licensed property contracts and third party assets and style guides
+ Supports day to day execution of all turnkey marketing programs to support customers’ licensed content portfolios.
+ Manages vendor invoices, ensuring they are submitted on time and tracks all payments
+ Coordinates trade show activities including organizing sales materials, ordering merchandise, printing marketing collateral, developing brand image and executing promotions.
+ General administrative duties, including comprehensive calendar management; travel arrangements; scheduling and coordination of customer meetings and events; expense preparation/processing; invoice processing.
Qualifications
+ BS/BA degree required or equivalent marketing experience
+ 3 or more years of experience in marketing services and/or Account Management in an agency setting
+ Strong writing skills across all forms of communication including, but not limited to, traditional print (e.g., product literature, ads, brochures, mailers), digital (e.g., web copy, web ads, blog posts, social media), press releases, and video/film scripts (samples will be requested)
+ Exceptional relationship and communication skills
+ Knowledge in inbound and outbound marketing
+ Ability to plan and execute B2B2C product launch events
+ Experience and/or aptitude for working with marketing automation or event planning software
+ Ability to carefully plan and execute an overall communications strategy as well as specific tactical deliverables
+ Collaborative worker
+ Ability to travel
+ Must be fluent in English. Other European languages preferred.
+ Exhibit ability to build virtual rapport with team members

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $43,680 - $46,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
