    Overview

     

    This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. We seek a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Administrator or Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience as an. Experience in an IT service management and initiatives. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ITSM instance etc.).

     

    This role is vital for ensuring that our systems operate smoothly, meeting end-user needs, while driving continuous improvement in our IT service management processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Administer and configure the ITSM platform, including user account management, security roles, and application configurations.

    + Assist with system upgrades, patches, and releases to ensure the platform remains current and secure.

    + Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

    + Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of the ITSM instance.

    + Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    + Monitor systems performance, troubleshoot basic platform issues, and escalate more complex problems to senior administrators or developers.

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is _$55,631 - $98,467_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
