    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND OPERATING SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

     

    You will be the 1st level of technical support to company employees through phone or email ticket requests. Provide hands-on software setup, integration and training throughout the company to meet company objectives. Manage, setup and maintain all equipment such as printers, desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets. Proactively suggest process improvement solutions based on feedback solicited from each department. Proactively research business system update releases and provides leadership and management with new solutions that will drive growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or relative work experience

    + Basic business and organization knowledge

    + Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Innovative

    + Proven Goal Achievements

    + Attention to details

    + Ability to pass a background check

    + Valid driver's license

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00pm
