    **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a **Senior Learning Specialist** to support high-visibility initiatives at our **Charlotte, NC** hub. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide learning programs and potentially transition into a full-time position.

    About the Role

    As a **Senior Learning Specialist** , you’ll lead the design and delivery of both virtual and in-person training programs that support global business models and operational processes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create engaging, learner-focused content that drives performance and supports strategic transformation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and develop engaging learning solutions for web-based and instructor-led formats

    + Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions that promote collaboration and knowledge retention

    + Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including LMS administration and internal communications

    + Implement metrics and feedback tools to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, especially the ADDIE model

    + Advanced skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline

    + Ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, learner-friendly content

    + Strong critical thinking and content development skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating presentations, job aids, and learning guides

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with video production and graphic design

    + Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a large corporate environment

    + Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic business setting

    **Pay Details:** $75.00 per hour
