    PDS Tech Commercial is currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Production Electromechanical Technician** to join our client’s manufacturing team in Rochester, NH. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in assembling, testing, and maintaining advanced electromechanical products that drive progress across multiple industries. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will directly contribute to production quality, team efficiency, and operational success.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a Production Electromechanical Technician, you will:

    + Perform manual assembly and operate automated equipment for electromechanical systems

    + Conduct entry-level soldering, inspect assemblies, and perform repairs as needed

    + Set up machines and production lines, conduct feeder repairs, and carry out first-line preventative maintenance

    + Calibrate and maintain soldering and assembly tools and equipment

    + Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the assembly process

    + Collaborate closely with team members, providing guidance and support as needed

    + Handle complex assignments independently and contribute to process improvement initiatives

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, or a related field

    + Strong knowledge of product and board assembly processes, quality standards, and SMT systems

    + Ability to operate, set up, and maintain a wide range of assembly tools and automated equipment

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation control systems

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience providing functional guidance or training to new employees

    + Familiarity with manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices

    + Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
