    Description

    SAIC is seeking an experienced **Lead Technical Instructional Systems Designer (TISD)** to support an innovative training program for the Customer’s main technical training office. This position requires an **active TS/SCI with Polygraph** and is located in **Chantilly, VA.**

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Serve as the main POC for SAIC PM and customer.

    + Coordinate and support the execution of the customer's curriculum life cycle, particularly within the course identification, development, and maintenance phases.

    + Support the customer by coordinating task assignments and assessing progress and fulfilling duties as ISD.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.**

    + Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 15 years or more of related experience. Masters and 13 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 10 years or more experience.

    + An Instructional Design Certificate from an accredited institution or a degree in an education field.

    + 5 years of adult learning experience in any of the following: instructional design, instructional technology, or experiential learning.

    + 2 years of experience with the customer working in a technical mission area and/or designing technical course content.

    + 1 year experience leading instructional design projects.

    + Demonstrated experience with instructional design, instructional technology, or experiential learning.

    + Demonstrated experience creating instructional content for adult learners supporting a broad range of training modalities (synchronous, asynchronous, instructor led, web-based learning, virtual training and/or blended learning).

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Education.

    + Experience teaching technical content in an adult learning environment.

    + Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor with demonstrated track record of supporting multiple simultaneous projects with aggressive timeline.
