    Description

    SAIC is seeking an **TOPS Technical Training Instructor (TTI).** This position requires an **active TS/SCI with Polygraph** and is located in **Chantilly, VA.**

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Deliver, teach, and facilitate courses to meet all course and learning objectives.

    + Serve as subject matter expert (SME) using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners.

    + Monitor student progress during course executions and provide feedback to the customer.

    + Support the development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with technical instructional systems designers.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.**

    + Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 15 years or more of related experience. Masters and 13 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 10 years or more experience.

    + 5 years of experience serving in PCS customer assignments.

    + 10 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).

    + Demonstrated experience delivering content for adult learners.

    + Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and facilitating discussions among small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds.

    + Ability to adopt new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs.

    + Ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements.

    + Experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across various customer offices.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 3 years as TOPS officer.

    + Extensive experience with the customer supporting multiple lines of business.

    + Adult learning experience teaching technical courses, student mentoring, and class facilitation.

    + Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Education.
