5th Axis is currently seeking several dynamic Deburr/Assembly Technicians to join its production team! As Deburr/Assembly technicians, you will be responsible for operating hand tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, assembling, de-burring and inspecting machined parts.

What You Will Do:

+ Deburrs and assembles products for shipment in accordance with company procedures.

+ Moves finished products between stations into QC and/or shipping area as needed.

+ Operates shop equipment and machinery in accordance with safety requirements and reports problems or discrepancies to management.

+ Performs visual inspection of completed product in accordance with company quality standards.

+ Produces assigned projects in accordance with verbal and written instructions.

+ Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.

+ Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas on a daily and weekly basis.

+ Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

+ Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

+ Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.

+ Assists in other departments on an as needed basis.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Do You Have:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Excellent communication skills including active listening.

+ Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

+ Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

+ Epicor Experience (Preferred but not required).

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
