THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

+ Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff

+ Responsible for revenue and expenses of the community and is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for approval by the Home Office

+ Obtain and maintain high satisfaction rates for residents, families & employees

+ Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

+ Implement and maintain company policies & procedures

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

+ Passionate about building a high performing team and maintaining high morale

+ 3-5 years of experience operating an Assisted Living Community as an Administrator or Executive Director

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small group presentations

+ Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities

+ Computer proficiency
