What You'll Contribute
As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in enabling a seamless and high-impact HR experience by supporting the execution of core HR programs, delivering data-driven insights, and partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence. You’ll be the operational and programmatic engine behind talent processes, HR reporting, and employee engagement efforts.
What You'll Do
+ Serve as a key support partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), enabling the successful delivery of performance, talent, and engagement programs.
+ Own reporting and project management for core talent processes, including performance management and employee surveys.
+ Leverage HR data systems such as Workday to generate reports and insights for HRBPs and business leaders (e.g., headcount, attrition, spans and layers).
+ Translate data into meaningful insights and clear narratives to help leaders make informed decisions.
+ Create clear and visually compelling summaries for leadership, especially around employee survey results and talent review data.
+ Collaborate with HRBPs and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of enterprise-wide HR programs and policy updates.
+ Maintain local HR playbooks, calendars, and documentation to support consistent and well-managed program execution.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of HR program delivery.
+ Provide project support for strategic HR initiatives and ad hoc priorities as needed.

What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
+ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to build subject matter expertise in key HR processes and support effective execution.
+ Foundational project and process management capabilities.
+ Ability to work with HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and tell a clear and compelling story to influence decisions.
+ Skilled in creating visuals and summaries that make data meaningful to a range of audiences.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit.
Preferred education, skills and experience required.
+ Bachelor’s degree or military experience
+ 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
+ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
