    Summary:

    Implementation, evaluation, and development of sustainability model for AI scribing tool implementation across owned and managed hospitals within UNC Health.

    Activities:

    UNC Health piloted AI scribing solution in January of 2025. We have offered free for 1 year to managed and owned entities.

     

    + We need to develop a sustainable model for pricing of this tool to scale across the organization, develop models demonstrating ROI.

    + We are prepared to collect data in June of a clinician engagement survey

    + Stratify the results based on AI scribe use and need to analyze that data.

    + If the results demonstrate association with joy and meaning, we will need to develop an acceleration/ implementation plan to spread to those who did not volunteer for the tool in first iteration.

    Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree

    Experience:

    Basic data analysis, implementation knowledge. Interest in working within a complex academic health system.
