This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Program Manager to join our team supporting a government client with locations in Washington Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer

+ Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.

+ Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements

+ Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.

+ Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements

+ Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts

+ Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.

+ Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of staffing alignments /allocations

+ Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership

+ Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan

+ Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction

+ Oversee the Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed

+ Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs

+ Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs

+ Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance

+ Ensure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

+ 10 years of experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions. of experience

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar

+ Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

+ Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment

+ Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills

+ Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment

+ Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

+ Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.

Desired:

+ PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.
