Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the packaging department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have effective customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **Packaging Associate

Pay Range: $15.75

Shift: 7PM-530AM (Monday-Thursday)

What's the Job?

+ Check wrapped products to make sure they’re sealed properly and made with the right materials.

+ Look over materials for any defects and report issues to the team lead.

+ Place products in final packaging in an assembly line.

+ Use basic equipment safely and follow quality standards.

+ Follow company procedures and keep records updated in the system.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions.

+ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
