    Robert Half is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant for a growing and dynamic company in Miami. This contract-to-hire position is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage daily administrative tasks to support the office and team

    + Answer and direct phone calls professionally (multi-line system)

    + Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment

    + Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars

    + Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate document management

    + Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

    + Order and manage office supplies and inventory

    + Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and other clerical tasks as needed

    + Provide general support to management and other staff

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

    + Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)

    + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

    + Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office tools

    + Positive, proactive, and reliable with a strong sense of professionalism
