Description

Robert Half is partnering with a non profit in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Contracts Coordinator or Legal Administrator who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team.

Pay Rate: $22-26 per hour

Duration: 3+months, potential for contract to hire

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

+ Enter and manage legal data within the contract management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

+ Summarize various legal contracts, including service agreements, artist contracts, donor pledge agreements, exhibition agreements, SaaS agreements, and employment contracts.

+ Provide backend support for legal operations and assist with procedural setup for newly launched systems.

+ Maintain organized records of legal documents and ensure compliance with company standards.

+ Utilize contract management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

+ 1+ YOE as a Legal Administrator or Contracts Coordinator, with a solid understanding of legal terminology and contract management.

+ Familiarity with a variety of contracts, including service providers, artists, donors, exhibitions, SaaS, and employment agreements.

+ Proficiency in contract management software and general data entry systems.

The salary range for this position is $22-26/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
