    The Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic **Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP** ) to join the Software Engineering Human Resources Organization partnering with the Boeing Global Services Software leadership team and the Boeing Research & Technology / AvionX / Disruptive Computing Networks & Sensors Software leadership team. This position can in **Seattle, WA** or **Berkeley, MO.**

     

    The Senior HRBP will partner with the Software organizations and will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this cutting-edge space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement—ensuring that Software talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation.

     

    In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the Software Engineering function, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. You will drive alignment between Software Engineering leadership and HR on enterprise-wide priorities, strategic planning, and key deliverables. You will also lead priority projects including performance enablement and performance solutions enhancing strategic awareness and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.

     

    This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at balancing competing priorities, and is passionate about both HR partnership and driving organizational impact.     Position Responsibilities:

    + Build relationships with business leaders by providing consultation and guidance to enhance team performance

    + Consult with leadership to develop effective and actionable strategies to promote a positive workplace culture

    + Drive talent management activities, including talent planning initiatives and workforce planning to drive organization stability

    + Collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and inclusion

    + Implement HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement

    + Utilize data and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

    + Drive strategic HR initiatives with business partners, aligned to functional and organization priorities

    + Lead special projects and proactively engage with Centers of Excellence partners to deliver optimal results

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist strategic business partner role

    + 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

    + 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

    + 5+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Human Resources certification(s)

    + Experience in establishing new organizations or a strong desire to gain this experience

    + Experience with employee benefits and compensation

    + Experience using analytics and data to guide decision-making

    + Experience in an aerospace environment or with engineering partners

    Summary pay range: $103,700- $150,650
