    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Academic specialization or demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, small business management, strategic decision-making, supply chain management, and\or network analysis.

    + Ability to acquire and work with existing data sources to identify patterns and produce insights, including archival and government economic data, web searching and web scraping.

    + Ability to acquire social science data including respondent interviewing and qualitative data analysis, case study development, survey design, administration, cleaning, and statistical analysis. Ability to use statistical analysis packages (e.g., SPSS , MPlus, or R) for data analysis and interpretation.

    + Ability to work with or learn Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) software (e.g., Slate, Salesforce).

    + Experience working with SMEs, especially in the manufacturing sector.
