    We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Abatement Assistant to join our team. If you take pride in doing hands-on work, do not mind getting a little dirty, and can pass a federal background check, we want to hear from you.

     

    No two days are the same. You will help with cleanup, prep job sites, and support licensed technicians. If you show up ready to work and learn, we will provide the training you need to grow.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet

    1. Positive attitude and a team player

    1. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in asbestos abatement preferred.

    1. Physical stamina and ability to work in hazardous environments with appropriate protective gear.

    1. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    1. Must pass a federal background check

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Keep the jobsite clean by keeping it clear of all trash, unused paint materials, etc.

    1. Any other duties assigned by Sandblaster/painter, foreman or supervisor.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time)

    1. The Helper/Laborer must be able to follow specific directions.

    1. The Helper/Laborer must perform a variety of duties which may often change

    1. They must be willing to learn all aspects of assigned tasks

    1. Must be proficient and all Safety aspects of his assigned tasks
