• Butler Intern - Service Operations

    Overview: This position will serve as a supportive role within Butler Machinery performing various tasks related to the operations of the enterprise.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supports the service department with scheduling, customer communication, work order review and closing.

    + Supports the sales team with relationship development with the customer and service department

    + Assists the Service Management with various projects related to improvement of Service Operations.

    + Supports other key projects within the service department

    + Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Candidates who are working towards a degree in Business or other related major in college preferred.

    + Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required.

    + Position would require a minimum of 20 to 28 hours per week during the school year, potentially 30 to 40 hours outside of the school year.
