Job Description
Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for an Experienced RN to join their NICU, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum team as a Clinical Coordinator.
Monday - Friday, 9 am 5:30 pm (40 hours/week)!
This is a leadership position! Ideal candidate will have formal leadership experience (ex. Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, etc.)

Strong background in L&D and/or LDRP preferred!
This is a team-centered, specialty unit, offering an LDRP model of care and a Level II NICU. We bring together three units (L&D, postpartum/newborn nursery, and NICU) into one physical department (OB and Neonatal services). Our goal is to provide a supportive and positive birthing experience and environment for all our patients!
Assists the Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the unit including all personnel related aspects of the department. Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement and decision making skills. The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans, implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department. Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment. Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs.

Applicable Experience:
3-5 years
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
Bachelor's Degree
